1/4 oz. Coffee liquor
1 oz. Vodka
1/4 oz. Irish cream
top with coke

ok ok i know its not right but it is just how my sick mind works.
after a few days of great weather here in the northeast, it has gotten frigging cold again. Hard to go back to running all bundled up after running in shorts the other day.
I am still booze free after nearly 2 weeks it has not been easy.
I need another habit or hobby to take my mind off of everything. Just while the weather still sucks. I have been losing weight but just don't feel that great yet. Grumpy and tired.
On another note a friend of mine was in two magazines this month, but no mention of here incredible friend Heathdog! Well at least in the pic with her and her daughter, her daughter is wearing that sweet Patagonia vest I sent her. Small conquests, that what's important. Oh I'm starting to ramble so I guess we are done here.
