One week down

ok it has been one week. I just weighed myself and I am 9.5 lbs. Down. This means I have two weeks or 15 days to drop the other 10.5 lbs. I should be able to do this. The first week was tough, but it is getting easier. I started working again so that's more exercise right there. I did a nice 2 hour run today and it felt great. So I may stay running that trail every day. So I now weigh in at 186.5lbs. keep pushing me to below 175. And then the next goal is 165. By the end of April. That's an easy one. All for now I need a nap.
