Day two

ahhh, headache and a night full of the sweats. This is going great. I feel like shit. I'm grumpy and irritable. Life is good. The challenge is a bit more than expected. I will get through this I think, but easy it is not. I am vegetarian but I just want to bite flesh at the moment ,I don't care if it is still on the move or not. My jaw aches with negative energy. My stomach churns ,I'm at the mercy of this. Oh I did go on the scale yesterday and after only one day the scale said I was down 3 lbs. Could this be? Some signs that what I'm doing is working in my favor. I need a shower in a bad way. Sweating out the booze from a 3 month binge leaves you smelly and sticky. So off to the shower. Oh yeah my order of lemongrass lather soupcame. I mean soap. So clean I will be. Oh and I will be back to work by next week. So that is good news as well. Maybe it is karma. Nawhhhhhhhhhh fuck that. Oh I think IM going to hurl...................................
