After a few days of wrath

so after a few days with no e-mail I'm back in business. I was cleaning my computer and must have gotten rid of something I needed. I was so mad I was unable to fix this myself. Today I fixed it and there was an e-mail from Lisa saying she would not be at JFK. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. I only signed up for that race because she said she was going to be there and it was Bob and my birthdays. I e-mailed everyone on her list and tried to stir up some trouble to make myself feel better. I have to go to work soon and I so don't feel like it. I need some excitement damn it perhaps I need to create it myself. my body aches with tension I need more coffee.
