Grey October, stepping into the cold darkness

I just finished an article on stress and what releases it. it said watching a comedy releases up to 98% of the stress. So off to movielink I go. To see what the have for me. Ok I'm back, I was just thinking what if I just spent $4 on a movie that isn't funny will I become more stressed out. I can't run I tore my ankle apart again. So a week or so of recovery then back to it. it is getting cold and grey out and the clocks turn back this weekend. Oh I need a scheldule. Other wise I'm going to just want to sleep all the time. Oh what's in the news? Madonna adopting a baby. I don't get it? Why? She has two kids already, I believe the father of that child has every reason to not be sure about Madonna, and I bet he hasn't ever heard of her before all this. Crazy world and just getting crazier. I have to do a new wish list for this year my birthday is coming up fast and I can't think of much I want this year what a bummer. I'm going to have to spend more time on the web to see what new things are out there. Well I just felt I should get back to this. It gives me a place to rant. Till next time, stay warm.
