this one of my post run spots for cooling down my legs after a long trail run. This is a short walk out my front door. I went down this morning with my son and dog and hopped from rock to rock. What a blast. 3 seasons out of the year this place is amazing.

mid 30s mentaly insane although that can't be proven. addicted to far to many things, i love movies, great food, running and traveling. very particular about the people i spend time with. my life is nearly perfect although many things bug me. i can't spell but i did go to the collage ranked #2 for it's english dept. i love where i live but i hate winter.
